Once the order is placed and payment for the goods made via any of the permitted options, the order remains valid and cannot be cancelled in the intervening period between the commissioning of the order and the delivery.

The garments sold at E-Kurti.com are hand made/crafted in the finest traditions of India's textile crafts. Irregularities in weave, block print or embroidery are a characteristic of the process and beyond our control.

Color Disclaimer
E-Kurti.com believes that the colors seen on a monitor may be slightly different as compared to the actual outfits, accessories or jewelry ordered. A slight variation in the shade is considered as a normal practice as these garments have a tendency to reflect different shades of color under different light and medium.

Though special care has been given to display the product's real color, its accuracy depends on your monitor display.
