It is our goal to keep our customers happy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 24 hours you receive the item.
Refund and exchange will be allowed if the following conditions are met:

• Item/s must be returned within 1week of the receipt date. Any return needs prior approval.
• Item must return in the same condition it was shipped in. E-Kurti is not responsible for damages occurred during shipment or return shipment.
