Tie-Dye
Tie-dye is a unique process of sketching a design and then tying the cloth with thread or twine in to knots, which are sometimes as small as a pinhead. Each portion is then separately and uniformly colored. When the knots are untied, the glory of the pattern emerges. Cotton, silk, georgette, chiffon and chinon are all enhanced by this technique.

Mirror Work Embroidery and Tie-Dye
For this kurti, a popular style of tie-dye, 'lehriya' design, which means waves, is used. It creates an effect of rippling water. Two contrasting colors, rose pink and black, truly create a dramatic effect. The mirror work embriodery further enhances the beauty of the fabric.
